People & Culture Manager (Junior Level)


The Mission of the Role

  • Help scale the People & Culture team by bringing proactive operational support and excellence within the function to ensure the highest level of efficiency
  • Be a thought partner to the P&C function, which includes HRBP’s, Compensations & Benefits, and Talent Acquisition, to help build seamless alignment across the company
  • Build and provide data intelligence on all parts of function to support an exponentially growing organization

Key Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in building data sets for People Operations functions and support HR systems implementation and management later on
  • Build and run the recruiting data dashboard with Recruiting Operations team 
  • Communicate with candidates and provide excellent candidate experience
  • Run the candidate experience program and manage candidate feedback data to enhance the experience  
  • Proactively share data insights on themes across the employee lifecycle, headcount planning, Talent Acquisition, etc. 
  • Proactively identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities in supporting an exponentially growing organization

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in  a dynamic and fast-moving environment
  • Proven working experience in project management
  • Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive improvements and 
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent judgment with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • You must be comfortable with creating datasets and 
  • Ability to see the big picture and not work in a silo
  • Thrives in ambiguity, and collaborative settings
  • The ultimate connector and liaison - passionate about building alignment

Preferred Qualification

  • Data tool and dashboard tool proficiency 
  • Proficient in English 
  • Experience with change management
  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Tech Industry work experience
